Meet the Designer
My name is Madison Eoff and I am the designer and creator of Madison Miel D’or. I was born and raised in the mountains of California, and now live between there and the beaches of Western Australia.
Nature is deeply rooted in every part of who I am, and I reflect this in every one of my creations. Organic, flowing, melting textures wrapped around gemstones to bring to life a vision of Mother Nature.
When I found this form of art it was as if it had been waiting for me. My creativity exploded with concept and designs I felt so very aligned with where I am meant to be.
Madison Miel D’or designs are hand crafted in Australia using recycled metals, ethically sourced gemstones and sustainable practices.
Every piece of jewellery is one of a kind.
Each part of This creative process is met with intention, love and care to bring the most perfect instant heirloom to life.
The world of jewellery has changed my life forever and I hope that with every piece that finds its forever home brings the same magic.

Here at Madison Miel D'or every moment of this process is met with the intention to become a piece of you or a loved one forever. It is so inspiring to share the love and passion for jewellery with our community.
From a creative thought, to holding the physical final piece in your hands, the process is a sweet journey that deserves patience.
To be intentional with every moment of this process, is to deliver a piece full of magic to its new owner.
Handmade art always has a different type of feel, you know that the artist has put their heart and soul into their work.
From hand picking stones to watching metal melt, we are sure that it will be worth the wait.
Ethics
I am a strong believer in sustainable and ethical practices in every part of my life, and this is embedded into my business:
-All stones are selected with knowledge of where, what, how they got into my hands.
-All metals are recycled.
-All packaging is made in New Zealand, and is biodegradable.
-Where possible I aim to choose sustainable materials and options so that my business has a smaller footprint.
-I try to support local as often as possible.
Policies
PRODUCTION TIME
Madison Miel D'or is made to order and handmade in Western Australia. With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Additional production and shipping delays may occur due to global shipping challenges.
Please email madisonmieldor@gmail.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS
Madison Miel D'or is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
RETURNS
We strive for top customer service and satisfaction. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email madisonmieldor@gmail for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. Stone lost or damaged can be replaces at the owners expense. Jewellery that has been damaged, scratched, bent or broken depending on severity may be fixed at owners cost after inquiring with Madison Miel Dor.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.
